Jefferson County Oklahoma and the Jefferson County Free Fair have declared the below listed assets surplus and eligible to receive sealed bid purchase offers.

Included in this offering:

( 5 ) Five Hog Pens, considered to be in " EXCELLENT " Condition, by the Fair board.

*) Some of the (5) Pens here are 16' in total length containing (4) hog separating pens each with it's own gate for the animals entrance and exit. Each pen measuring 48" Long x 58" Wide x 36" Tall.

Please make your own assumption regarding condition, as the fair board has set two dates in which interested people may physically visit the pens and make their very own assessment.  

These pens maybe physically reviewed on Saturday January 10th, 2026 or Saturday January 17, 2026, from 9 am until 3 pm (cst).

This sealed bid sales event is hosted by "Iron Market" at the request of the Jefferson County, Oklahoma Commissioners and the Jefferson County Free Fair Board.  This sealed bid sales event will end promptly on January 23, 2026 at 5 pm (cst).  All purchase offers placed will be held securely until they are revealed for a decision to be rendered by the Jefferson County Commissioners' on or before January 26, 2026 at 4 pm (cst). All participants will be notified via email notification once a decision has been rendered.  Should you're purchase offer be accepted, you will be notified via email notification, directing you with payment information and pick up times available.
