Preview date of storage locker contents November 15, 2023.  Owner of Dalston Mini Storage and independent consulting firm Equipment Experts, Inc. in attendance. 
gives notice of sale under said act and chapter title 12, Oklahoma Statutes section 91 and HB 2311.  Contents which included but are not limited to are furniture, stereos, appliances, bags, clothes, trunks, toys, bikes, household goods, tools, and miscellaneous items.  The personal property assets contained within this storage locker are being offered "For Sale" to satisfy the landlords lien against the storage locker.
Storage locker was opened on Wednesday November 15, 2023 at 2 pm (cst), no physical entry was allowed, photographs were taken of contents inside storage locker and it was shut then re-locked for safe keeping.
Please place the dollar amount you wish to pay for the contents of this storage locker as your sealed bid purchase amount.  Once the event ends all participants will be notified of the owner's decision.  Should you win the sealed bid, you will have five business days after the event closes to have all contents removed and storage locker clean.  Should you need to utilize the trash dumpster on-site, there will be a $ 40 trash fee assessed. After five days, you can re-rent the unit or whatever is remaining in the lockers will become the property of Dalston Mini Storage.
