Jefferson County Oklahoma and the Jefferson County Junior Livestock Fair Board have declared the below listed assets surplus and eligible to receive sealed bid purchase offers.
Included in this offering LOT # 3729:

(16) Sixteen Hog Pens, considered to be in " EXCELLENT " Condition, by the Fair board.

*) Some of the (16) Pens here are 20' in total length containing (4) hog separating pens each with it's own gate for the animals entrance and exit. 
*) Some pens measure 49 1/2" Long x 61" Wide x 35" Tall.
*) Please make your own measurements of the physical pens, we are not guarantying measurements provided.

Please make your own assumption regarding condition, as the fair board has set two dates in which interested people may physically visit the pens and make their very own assessment.  

LIVESTOCK PENS MAY BE PHYSICALLY REVIEWED ON THESE DATES:
These pens maybe physically reviewed on Saturday January 10th, 2026 or Saturday January 17, 2026, from 9 am until 3 pm (cst), during the livestock free fair 
February 20 & 21, 2026.

When placing a purchase sealed bid, you are stating that you made this purchase offer under your own influence, with the understanding that your purchase offer will be placed in good faith with complete intentions of paying for the assets should your purchase offer be accepted.

This sealed bid sales event is hosted by "Iron Market" at the request of the Jefferson County, Oklahoma Commissioners and the Jefferson County Junior Livestock Fair Board.  

SEALED BID END DATE:
This sealed bid sales event will end promptly on February 23, 2026 at 8 am (cst).  All purchase offers placed will be held securely until they are revealed for a decision to be rendered by the Jefferson County Commissioners' on or before February 23, 2026 at 4 pm (cst). All participants will be notified via email notification once a decision has been rendered.  Should you're purchase offer be accepted, you will be notified via email notification, directing you with payment information and pick up times available. Participants may also submit sealed bid offers to the Jefferson County Clerk - Traci Smith, at 220 North Main Street | Waurika, OK 73573 | (580) 228-2029 contact number.  All sealed bids must be sealed in an envelope and marked " LIVESTOCK PENS" and received on or before the February 23, 2026 at 8 am (cst) time frame.

Jefferson County Oklahoma County Commissioners along with the Jefferson County Oklahoma Junior Livestock Fair Board are pleased to announce this surplus "Livestock Pen" sealed bid offering.  Currently there is six (6) lots of livestock pens with each having various quantities of pens. Please review each lot offered and place your purchase offer today.
