Verified equipment sells with fewer questions
Out-of-state buyers want to know the machine is real and matches your ad. Answer that before they ask: have an independent agent document it, and send them a certificate they can check themselves.
Fewer calls and trips
The serial number, hours and photos a buyer would drive out to check are already in the certificate.
A record that predates the sale
If a buyer later disputes the condition, there is a dated, witnessed record of how the machine looked when it sold.
Easy to share
Send the certificate by email or text from your IronMarket account, or give buyers the code to check at ironmarket.com/verify.
For dealers with inventory
Dealers can verify several units on one visit and keep them under an organization account. When a unit sells, the record can be transferred to the buyer's account so the history stays with the machine.
A verified unit can also be listed in an IronMarket sealed bid sales event, where bidders see the verification details alongside the listing.
Before the visit
- Clean the serial plate and hour meter
- Park the unit where it can be walked around
- Have keys ready
- Be ready to answer questions about its history
