Verifying aircraft, boats and other specialty assets
Some assets don't fit a tractor checklist. The same process applies: an independent agent records identity and condition on site, and the record is sealed into a certificate. Expert depth gives high-value items the photos, video and questions they need.
Aircraft
Registration and serial numbers, airframe and engine hour readings as shown, and the airframe, cockpit and panel photographed.
Boats
Hull identification number, engine serials and hours, hull, deck and trailer.
Recreational vehicles
Motorhomes, travel trailers, side-by-sides and ATVs: VIN, mileage or hours, interior and exterior.
Medical equipment
Imaging, lab and clinic equipment: model and serial plates, installation location and condition.
Industrial assets
Generators, compressors, shop machinery and production equipment.
Collectibles & art
Collections documented piece by piece or certified together as a Lot.
How specialty verifications differ
The record has the same parts as any other verification: identity, photos, standardized questions on camera, and a sealed certificate. What changes is the depth. Most specialty items are better served by an Expert verification, which allows up to 100 photos, video walkarounds and up to fifty questions.
Tell us what the asset is on the request form. A coordinator will confirm the right verification type before scheduling the visit.
Several items at one location?
A Lot verification seals a set of items into one certificate. It suits shop contents, tool inventories and collections.
