Truck and vehicle verification
Commercial trucks, ranch pickups and service trucks documented where they sit: VIN, odometer, equipment and condition, recorded by an independent agent and sealed into a certificate.
Vehicles we document
- Semi tractors and day cabs
- Dump, flatbed and bale-bed trucks
- Service and mechanic trucks with cranes or bodies
- Pickups and ranch trucks
- Fuel, water and feed trucks
- Cars and SUVs
On a work truck, the body and equipment are often worth as much as the chassis. The agent photographs both: the cab and drivetrain as seen, and the bed, crane, toolboxes or tank.
What the agent records
- VIN from the dash and door plate
- Odometer, and engine hours where shown
- Exterior, interior and tires
- Body, bed and mounted equipment
- Standardized questions answered on camera
When a truck gets verified
Remote sales. A buyer who can't come look gets the VIN and odometer reading from an independent agent instead of a seller's phone photos.
Fleet records. A dated certificate for each truck at the start of a loan or lease, renewed each year, gives the lender and the owner the same record.
Before a loss. A record made before a wreck, fire or theft shows the truck and its equipment as they were.
Paperwork stays separate
Title, registration and lien searches go through the state or a title service. The certificate records what the agent saw on site.
