Our office in Ringling, Oklahoma is a short drive from the Red River. Credentialed agents cross it to verify farm, ranch and construction equipment in North Texas, and schedule visits farther into the state.
Where we go in Texas
The Red River counties. Montague, Cooke, Clay and Grayson counties, including Nocona, Bowie, Gainesville, Henrietta and Sherman-Denison, are the closest Texas stops to our base.
Wichita Falls and the Rolling Plains. Wichita Falls, Vernon, Graham and the ranch and wheat country around them.
Dallas-Fort Worth and its edges. Denton, Decatur, McKinney and the contractors, dealers and rental yards across the metro.
Farther into Texas. The Panhandle, West Texas and Central Texas are scheduled case by case. Tell us where the equipment is and we will confirm a date.

Buying or selling across the Red River
A lot of equipment moves between Oklahoma and Texas. When the buyer is on one side and the machine on the other, a certificate saves somebody the drive. The buyer gets the serial number, hours and condition from an independent agent, and the seller gets a record that predates the sale.

Title and registration
Texas title transfers and any required inspections go through the state and your county tax office. The certificate records what the agent saw on site.
